How scammers are cashing in on overpayment cheque scams

So far in 2016, the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre has heard from 200 victims who have fallen for scams like the one 19-year-old Montrealer Louanne Cataford experienced, for a combined loss of more than $2.2 million.
