In praise of 'slow fish': event encourages eating local and lesser known species

Similar to organic farming and the push to preserve heritage seeds, the "slow fish" movement supports sustainable seafood. The Chef's Table Society's annual event brings people seeking ways to encourage the eating of local and maybe lessor known species. Guests get to learn as they eat fine food.
