Salmon habitat should recover from Trans Mountain pipeline work within 2 years, says Fisheries and Oceans

The Department of Fisheries and Oceans says a salmon habitat in Chilliwack altered during the Trans Mountain pipeline construction should recover within 2 years. The fisheries department says the stream bed had been altered but natural accumulation of sediment is expected to restore the habitat.
