'Winter has come:' Woman and dog located in North Shore Rescue's 1st snow call this season

STOCK NORTH SHORE RESCUE NSR SEARCH AND RESCUE CYPRESS

North Shore Rescue crews were able to quickly locate a woman and her dog who were lost near the Eagle Bluffs trail Sunday evening.
